As non-frontal lobe stimulation continues
it will get much worse
and what you call civilization,
forfeiting its frontal lobe and pre-frontal cortex
types from the populace,
will produce even more violent and lethargic
and typically literally brain dead "background characters"
who function on emotional extremity
and who are basically insanely chaotic,
materialistic/materialism-obsessed
and do not use the concept-making tools
that the frontal lobe requires for any
advancements in healing, peacefulness
or altogether productive and innovative uses of skills.
