Archive photography Mega-post 01

Slight words before the heavy gallery of photos,
in excitement towards the seasonal change:
Spring time is coming, yes. All the rabbits fornicating
and the sprinklers spraying in the park.
My feet can finally scratch the ground
of the entire continent if need be.

The bugs will chirp, the twirps will bug,
the rugs will be the dirt, the shirt will be the skin,
and the daytime will finally win!
I say Amen to even the mosquitoes or the sweat
because the wandering will be of massive proportions.
Lakes will be jumped in, cellphones will be figuratively smashed!
[If there were any to be sacrificed in the mighty name of fun and exploration!]
There is something about bridges near stream sides, barely wandered,
or open fields and salamanders under the turn of any random stone.
Yes, ode to not-freezing-your-ass off and an ode to toads!
And ode-to-get-over-the-blues and color it green.
It's easy being green, really. We're not muppets,
even though that sometimes is difficult to argue.
Turn forth, dance in the air.
Liiiiivvvve before you crack your shell.
[repeat twice and avoid stale air]

And now, to part one of the photo archive..
Photos from around 2006 to 2009.
Like them or don't.
Part two will emerge, continuing until it is all finished,
finally completed.
Some aren't that great, others I am fond of.
How much of it is the photographer's business what the viewer thinks anyway?
Enter overload. [Respectable rights remain for all these
photos. They're here for your enjoyment but if you want to use them
then contact me first. Appreciated!]

Today we eat well

Today we feast,
We shall eat well.
Meals fit for beast,
Our stomachs will swell.
No mere mouse
or shrew will do
We caught the chickens
and hens that flew.

Stray felines from the city
come march along
For fancy milk
and drinking songs
With tails puffed high
and sharpened teeth
We prowl the fields,
we'll dine then sleep.

No city flats,
but open lands
There's Easter hare
and Christmas hams.
So come along
with whiskers wide
Tonight's the night,
we dance and stride

Yes, Come forth, here
with birds to chase
Count our stripes
Enjoy the taste.
 Cheers.
Without humor we're doomed.

Levin Stone

This area has been a prominent space of interest/resolution as you can already see by theme of recent 'posts.'
The video/photo collage is comprised of images I have taken mostly in this area, the Taughannock waterfalls and cayuga lake region. Following the images and nature of the last post 'Shorelines Always Mirror' many of the same tones of visuals are revisited.  Creativity connector Dylan and myself performed the music as Electric Lines, and I'm crossing fingers that my lack of video editing experience doesn't show too sharply. Last night I was working on a separate video and following hours of creation the electricity burst out. Perhaps that one wasn't meant to be. 'Boo-hoo' Damn electric lines. So many different directions with only one set of feet.
Dial-up!
